Our team of optometrists serves the San Gabriel Valley from our Whittier office. We are available 6 days a week and can schedule you for an eye exam on weekdays and evenings, and Saturdays. Our Whittier Doctors
Ashik Mathur, O.D. earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA. His clinical training included externships at LA Ambulatory Care, University Eye Center at Los Angeles, and EYEcenter Optometric locations in Northern California. Through these experiences, he gained expertise in diagnosing and managing various eye conditions while serving patients from diverse backgrounds.
Dr. Mathur is fluent in English, Spanish, Gujarati, and Hindi, allowing him to connect with a wide range of patients.
Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies, exploring new restaurants, and playing cricket and volleyball. A passionate sports fan, he proudly supports the Los Angeles Dodgers, Rams, and Lakers.
