Our team of optometrists serve the San Gabriel Valley from our Whittier office. We are available 6 days a week and can schedule you for an eye exam on weekdays and evenings, and Saturdays. Justine A. Gonzalez, O.DJustine A. Gonzalez, O.D. completed her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA. Her clinical externships focused on primary care optometry, treatment and management of ocular diseases and low vision training. She also completed an additional year of advanced training by doing a residency in Primary Care Optometry at Kaiser Permanente in Seattle, WA. Throughout her optometric education, Dr. Gonzalez enjoyed volunteering her time and providing free vision screenings at Care Harbor, Special Olympics and Seattle/King County Clinic. She also attended a mission trip in El Salvador where she provided free pre- and post-op cataract care.

Prior to completing her optometric education, Dr. Gonzalez attended Bell Gardens High School and graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences.
Dr. Gonzalez is fluent in Spanish and in her free time she enjoys running, hiking and spending time her fiancé and family.
