Jane Fang, O.D. is a Southern California native who grew up in the San Gabriel Valley. She graduated from University of California, San Diego with Bachelor of Science degrees in both General Biology and Management Science. Combining her interests in the sciences and in management, she went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL in 2017. Her clinical externships span states on both coasts with focus on ocular disease, vision therapy, and low vision. After surviving many cold winters in Chicago practicing in a variety of demographic settings, she finally returned to sunny Southern California in 2022. Dr. Fang previously practiced in the San Fernando Valley focusing on primary care, myopia control, scleral lenses, and cataract/refractive surgery co-management. On her days off, she likes to spend time with family and friends, hiking, and trying new restaurants.
