Devora Soto, O.D., earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Drexel University in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of California, Davis, and later completed a Post-Baccalaureate program in Health Sciences at Drexel University. 

During her clinical training, Dr. Soto gained experience in primary eye care, neuro-optometry, ocular disease management in VA hospital settings, and pre- and post-operative care alongside ophthalmologists. She developed a particular interest in the diagnosis and management of ocular conditions such as glaucoma and diabetic eye disease, while providing comprehensive, patient-centered eye care. 

A native Spanish speaker, Dr. Soto is fluent in both English and Spanish and values the opportunity to communicate with patients in the language in which they feel most comfortable. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them better understand their eye health and treatment options.
